Please Note:

It is a policy of the SIAA that member companies should deal only with reputable suppliers who meet the highest standards of product quality and food safety, packaging and labelling. These standards may exceed those required by Australia’s quarantine and food safety inspection services.

It is also a policy of the SIAA that member companies should not trade in products that do not meet Codex standards for correct (100%) thawed weight, and do not use water retention or weight enhancement additives - even if these are legally approved in Australia.
